Conclusion:
when crossing between an obstacle the range or total number of cell is limit to 14/15 cells only beyond that you can't walk towards it.
take note the checking of path it consider the walk path not the caster to target path..
but in athena there is no limitation...
in kRO or other official server...when walking between obstacles or 'CELL_CHKNOPASS' there is a certain conditions/limitations..
