About the second point, in rAthena the warp is provided to prontera.. not to payon, i explained it wrong i think. It should be to payon instead of prontera.
And about the 5.. it could be nice to relocate some like that.. looks more aesthetic.. and why don't change it it only took 10 seconds ^^ and beyond that is the oficial location.
