Hi!

3 of us noticed that we have regular, lvl 99 homunculuses, and since we use Renewal more, our homus gain exp again. They are lvl 99 and the exp bar was frozen on 0 for them before RE. We don't know what will happen if they reach the next level, but this looks suspicious. I thought only Homu S can go above lvl 99. What's happening?

In official, if you're 2º class job you can get more exp even beeing level 99, there's a max exp though.

It gets accumulated but you never get the next level till you get the third class, so the exp you had is used to level you up to 1-2 levels(from 99 to 100, kill another mob and get 101, apparently there's no "multi"level in official, you can only get 1 level by mob and the rest of exp remains there[I'm not 100% sure, but I think it was this way when I played]), when you kill some mob.

I think it's the same for Homunculus.

Okay. The homonculi became level 100. How is that possible? Homonculi shouldn't continue to levelup after they reached lvl 99 unless they are mutated into homonculi S. This is not good.

/edit:
Now the exp bar disappeared as it should be on lvl 99. Maybe the maxlvl for homu is set to 100 by mistake?

I know that you still gain exp when you reach the max lvl, but the exp bar shouldn't count anymore, and most importantly, you shouldn't levelup. And this goes for homu/homuS
