Mobs & Warps not Matching with Pre-re Folder

Certain cities, fields, and dungeons have "Renewal" warps and mobs instead of it being set to pre-renewal. Also, City Yggdrasil is missing a warp from yggdrasil to um_dun02. Currently, there is only um_dun02 to yggdrasil.

For example, 7 years ago we've had a warp from yggdrasil to um_dun02: [url="http://trac.rathena.org/browser/rathena/trunk/npc/warps/cities/yggdrasil.txt?rev=4300"]http://trac.rathena.org/browser/rathena/trunk/npc/warps/cities/yggdrasil.txt?rev=4300[/url] but currently we only have from um_dun02 to yggdrasil. Is there an episode where the warp was removed?
