Item Usage While Hiding

You can use items while Cloaking and Chasewalking, but not while Hiding.
The problem is, it seems this is only a clientside restriction and eathena does nothing if the client is bypassed.
A possible way to bypass it is exploiting an apparent client glitch, where if you're under the Intravision status, the client won't stop you from using items while hidden.
