It seem that the checkre(0) in the script is well but evenr if I set the negation ! or not before it there always are appearing the preRE monsters, may be a core problem with that script command.

The command is broken. It returns 1 but then 0 because it breaks out of the switch statement. It was fine in [url=http://trac.rathena.org/changeset/16478/rathena]r16478[/url] but it got changed in [url=http://trac.rathena.org/changeset/16482/rathena]r16482[/url].
