I don't know how the official Knight Quest after renewal started goes, but i'm pretty sure you won't face 3x Level 103 Desert Wolf as a little 65~70 Baselevel Swordsman.
Those things basically do 400 damage with Eden Gear and you miss them in 90% of all cases, i'm going to make a swordsman / knight on frenchro (official euro ragnarok) and provide more informations.
