It's normal because you need to equip an armor/weapon before that armor / weapon will be protected by FCP.
When you are in [color=#ff0000]Full Strip[/color]:
- You can't equip an armor therefore you [u]cannot[/u] cast [Full Chemical Protection]
To Chemical Protect an equipment, it should be worn by the player..
