As you can see, Onward to the new world doesn't even appears in my quest diary.

How to reproduce:
- Talk with the Recruiter of the Brave in prt_castle with a PG that never warped to the Ash Vacuum
- Refuse to start the quest
- Use the Ash Vacuum Warper to go to Ash Vacuum
- Talk again to the NPC in prt_castle.
EDIT: @go 26 doesn't break the quest unlike the npc
