Try it on some different maps:
Write in the 3 lines of the prayer, then write some random text like:

Strange... The last thing you should check is the data\msgstringtable.txt in your grf. Maybe it has some other text. If this is not the problem, then I'm out of ideas. It seems to be ok in the clif.c.

And tried hex 2012-04-10 RagRE Client with packet_db,txt of 20120410 client and use newest SVN without MOD but its still not working ...
I using 2012-05-15 client.

So what i wrong...

If you separate the "manrep" part with a space you get the following:

만 렙 - Ten thousand reps
