npc_test_ev.txt has been partially converted to English - I wasn't going to delete it until i was sure it wasn't going to be helpful.
npc_test_arena.txt is mostly converted to English - I may have forgotten about it >_<
npc_test_str.txt has been deleted from my working copy, where that and /doc/sample header standardisations were pending a commit to update the readme files..
