Two of the defense skills, used by the fire and wind spirit (ie fire cloak and wind curtain) cause you to take extra damage from earth and water respectively, but the fire cloak should be increasing the damage you take from water attacks and likewise for wind curtain and earth attacks.
The other two defense skills appear to be working fine, so I'd guess fire cloak and wind curtain were accidentally switched with regards to the element they cause you to take extra damage from.
The amplification factor of 20% (which seems low but I haven't confirmed what it is) is a little small to test this issue so changing it to 100 will make it easier to test if there is some reason to need to reproduce the issue
