I just wanted to let whoever know that the source required to use min_group_id_to_connect is missing.
I've updated my own server with it, But that wont do anyone else any good, so just letting you know here. I'm sure its a quick fix.

It's not missing, its in its right place (just checked) src/login/login.c ctrl+f for min_group_id_to_connect
