Throw Venom Knife/Poisoning Weapon

Poisoning Weapon is not supposed to work with Throw Venom Knife, but it does.
As is clearly stated here in the link below, Poisoning Weapon is NOT supposed to work with skills other than venom pressure (highly raises chance on next auto-attack, not a skill), normal attacks and poison cloud (which puts it on the floor like a normal venom dust).
