Overbrand currently hits people in Hide; that I'm aware of, Hide protects you from most AoE's that either do not specifically unhide when you hit with them - Phantom Menace, Sensitive Keen, etc - and skills that do not specifically target the ground - Earth Drive, Heaven's Drive, Earth Strain, etc.
Please look into this.

Can't reproduce with Hide. It gave 'Misses' instead and didn't unhide me. It did however hit when cloaked.
