A few players have noticed that on Herc Magic Rod isn't spammable any longer, instead it has the 1.2 second -global- delay(which is also how long the skill lasts). Question is - Is that it's new behavior or a typo in scripting.
[s]Secondly, I've noticed That I can't dispel my party/guild members any longer. town/field/dueling or not. Is this a bug?
- I've only tested in relation to guilded and party because I multi client and haven't tried in pvp maps. -[/s]
Notcied the dispel thing was a past update.
