monsters will not show freeze status on the client when being freeze
while players will.

I use Taiwan RO Client instead of KRO Client.
PACKETVER in compiling is 20120410

I think it might have to do with the client, I tried to use 20120410 (kro) and I couldn't reproduce it

I've solved the problem after editing [color=rgb(40,40,40)][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif][size=3]PACKETVER to 20130000.[/size][/font][/color]

OK,
I found the problem is clif_monster_hp_bar.
TW-RO client doesn't support monster hp bar.
I'm not sure if KRO Clients before 20120404 had this problem or not, but I guess it did.
