It is normal that if you use an item that have an skill (fly wing, butterfly wing, aloevera, ...) in its script, the Player receive a Battle Message in the chat about the skill it is using. It seems that it is like the player would be using a skill, but IMHO it should be player-transparent.
This have another related issue. For example, in Cash Mounts that doesn't let you to use skills, you can't use that items either.

Related bug: if you want to use, for example, a fly wing with SP < 10, you are not allowed. (teleport skill needs at least 10 SP)

I've temporarily disabled the problematic bugfix from 7210 until we get more info on how it should work
