Skill damage reductions using cards and armors

I don't know if i should put this in the skills section but what the heck.

[color=rgb(40,40,40)][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Racial,size,elemental reduction on atk% skills(Bash, Spiral Pierce, Rolling Cutter) doesn't work.[/font][/color]

[color=rgb(40,40,40)][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]other than that,[/font][/color]

[color=rgb(40,40,40)][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]racial,size,elemental reduction on stat/constant(AD, Sacrifice,Over Throw) skills works.[/font][/color]

[color=rgb(40,40,40)][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Magic reduction, no matter what element,(Comet, Frost Misty, LoD) works.[/font][/color]

[color=rgb(40,40,40)][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]elemental reductions with armors works.[/font][/color]
