I don't know if this goes here or in skill bugs.. But, did anyone see if you're on PRE-RE mode and you being hit by an boss or mvp monster you get a big knockback and about 30~100k damage or it's just me? Try on Kasa's and Soma Mobs.. MVPs maybe, even with level 500 chars and 150 top stats you still recieving 30k damage and knockback

Something seems off with skills over level 10. What I did to contain the problem was reduce the mob level skill cap to like 13 or something on /conf/battle/skill.conf.

they uses NPC_PULSESTRIKE that does a 7 cells knockback and for the damage it was boost by NPC_POWERUP...
modifying your conf will do the trick as Axiom as stated...
