mob_db2 and item_db2 do not overwrite original entries

These databases are supposed to overwrite the original entries if they match, yet they don't. The entri needs to be commented out @ the original file.

Edit: At least tested this with drops being removed from the original and.. ugh, it only seems to affect mob_db. (My bad).
