This is a skill related issue, but I think it should be Core section.


[b]1st Issue:[/b]

My users reported that FireBall skill shows an average damage of 600 (red numbers from the skill): [url="http://i.imgur.com/FArgo56.jpg"]http://i.imgur.com/FArgo56.jpg[/url] but instead it is doing a damage valued in 6000hp: [url="http://imgur.com/Cawsovy"]http://imgur.com/Cawsovy[/url]
They have checked with Eddga and Mutant Dragonoid, both of them using fireball skill. More proofs: [url="http://i.imgur.com/TqCfO7j.jpg"]http://i.imgur.com/TqCfO7j.jpg[/url] vs [url="http://imgur.com/sD5RTil"]http://imgur.com/sD5RTil[/url]

This is causing that Eddga is harder to kill, and a harder MVP than Garm.

Some of them have tested it in a rAthena server and is working fine. The damage in red numbers is the same as the HP they lose.


[b]2nd Issue:[/b]

Another report that I have already tested and confirmed.
Some skills: Quagmire from wizard, Slow Grace from Dancer, are affecting allies or the party outside PvP, but this happens sometimes, so there is no pattern to determine the cause of this.

I don't know if it is related. My server is a x2 server and the warning was shown few minutes after a maintenance (there were only about 4-10 players ON), so it is a bit weird.

Try with 2 characters in party, using Slow Grace in a field map.

That's was what I tested.
