Bug 1: When you cancel the "menu" example: cast warp portal then click cancel and cast other skill and the warning msg showing up and you cant use skill anymore, need to reconnect.
Bug 2 (minor): In this case, while you are in Pop-up menu skill the msg will shown if you are trying to cast a ground skill.
