Everything pertaining to skills seems to be broken, at least in RE mode, latest SVN. Cannot put skill points even into Basic Skill, and when testing after doing @allskills on a LK, when attempting to allocate points into "Basic Skills" I get the following error:

See when you start your server if it gives the error seen above, due to the latest svn
