Hello!

Skin Tempering against Dragon's Breath does not reduce the damage. Please confirm.

We have tried with lucius fire armor and the damage reduced dramatically from Lucius fire armor.

However skin tempering does not provide damage reduction from Dragon's breath, other skills like firebolt works fine.

Please confirm thanks!

Officially it can't reduce RK_DRAGONBREATH

RK_DRAGONBREATH undergoes reduction of items that give reduction in humans.

Hope you don't mind asking but is there any place i can gather this info out before coming to bug reporting?

as I definitely wanna place this as my last method of approach if I really feel that it is a bug lol

testing out and making comparison in official server such as kRO or iRO or pRO or any official RO server except jRO(highly customized)..:D

Ah, that's gonna be hard lol, i don't think i got the time to get an account to try that out haha

Thanks for letting me know though, will try to dig out more sources before coming back to the bug tracker to bother you all ._.
