I just noticed i'm still casting even i have a fully casting gear.
2 berzebub = -60% variable cast
1 orlean glove + orlean shield = -10% variable cast
dark lord + dark illusion = -10% variable cast
Magic eyes = -10% variable cast
spell4(4812) = -10% variable cast

-100% variable cast time = meaning? should be no cast right? even my dex is 150.

it depends on the skill..if its full variable then it shouldn't cast however if it has its fixed cast time then its intended..
