Spiral Pierce with Element

Hi there, not sure whether working as intended or not,

However based on iRO wiki, Spiral pierce is affected by element.

Therefore this a test i've run.

Try becoming a rune knight and aspersio yourself. Then hit monster 1371 (Fake Angel) with Hundred spear, you'll definitely miss if you're holy element correct?

Now try again with spiral pierce and placing aspersio in. You'll be able to hit with normal damage.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use aspersio on yourself.
2. Use hundred spear on fake angel (100% miss) while aspersio.
3. Use Spiral Pierce on fake angel 100% hit even with aspersio.
