Reported by hemagx, I confirmed/reproduced.
To reproduce:
Login ingame as a warlock, get the skills, use earth strain, remove its entry in db/{your-ver}/skill_tree.conf, run reloadskilldb and reloadpcdb, go ingame, try to use earth strain again: it still works (shouldn't it either fail or give a error message?)

sir can you elaborate further...I don't think you can use it again since you can't drag the skill anymore..

ah..it should be force relogin since the client side is not yet refresh or reloaded... or what if we modify the command to force update all online characters skill tree (clif_skillinfoblock)..
