how to produce.
use mechanic job. and you must have a cart and also skillall.
talk the healer npc with buffs enabled. increase agi and blessings.
walk on the other directions. the walking speed has been increase.

then have a tuxedo or wedding dress and equip it.
talk the healer npc with buffs enabled. increase agi and blessings.
walk on the other directions. the walking speed has been decrease.

remove the tuxedo or wedding dress.
walk on the other directions. the walking speed still decreases.

then
talk the healer npc with buffs enabled. increase agi and blessings.
walk on the other directions. the walking speed has been increase.

I think its working as intended, if i remember wedding/tuxedo has decreased walking speed[quote]

hmmm why it is happen only when i talk to the npc right after i get the buffs?
in a official behavior for merchant with cart. with lower skill of push cart. your walking speed is slow. but when
you increase the level of it your walking speed will be increase. so if it will change to wedding class.
your walking speed should be change right after you wear that item. not on getting on the increase agi buffs
from the npc.

i think this is a bug. because it is not happening on a summer job.

try to wear Adventurer's Trusty Towel.
talk to the npc with increase agi buffs. you will not get the slow effect.
