Hello,
when you clone someone or yourself, the clone can use all skillz who are available. Unimportant if the requierements are meet.
When you clone a hunter but he have no traps, he can trap,
when you clone a ninja but he have no elemental stones, he can use all elemental attacks.
there should be a chance if the clones person owned these items/equipment to use the skillz.

once you clone a character it turns into mob type data, and since mob don't have inventory therefore it bypasses skill requirements..:D

but on rathena it worked.
i reported the bug there arround one year ago and they fixed it. so how can it be that hercules (who is based on rAthena) is bugged again?
i dont understand this.

as I remember that sir Ind only fixed the weapon part and not item requirements..
