Here is my test:
Dex: 170
Lvl: 210
ATK: 300 + 100 (1723 Luna Bow + Drake Card & customized card that bypass all DEFs)
Cri: 0 (customized gear)
Buff: Maximize Power
Arrow: Stun Arrow (ATK 1)
actural DMG1: 801 (no fluctuate)
That's correct for now.
300x2 + (1+170/200+3x0.05)x100+1 = 600 + 200 + 1 = 801
Then equip a gear with {bonus bLongAtkRate,10 (expert archer 5)}
actural DMG2: 821 (no fluctuate as well)
It's crystal clear that {bLongAtkRate 10} only increases Weapon ATK by 10%.
600 + 200 x 1.1 + 1 = 821
Well, unlike bAddRace or size or ele, bLongAtkRate is supposed to boost both Stat & Weapon Atk.
Please confirm this.

He's right on this. Hydra/Racials only affect wATK, but Archer Skel/Ranged % bonuses are supposed to affect the whole ATK in Renewal.
