How to reproduce:
Char with 255 all stats + doppel(modified to give +100% aspd.)
When a gypsy use PDFM on that char, it won't have any effect at all. I tried on 99 all stats w/o doppel it is working.

does PDFM even work right? it also removes increase agi of the caster and other allies
