Official: The Chem Protection on the shield part should not be in effect when you wear (another) dagger on the left hand.
*Dagger is not a Shield.
Please confirm thanks.

What do you exactly mean by "in effect"? Do you mean the skill should not be casted while wearing the left hand dagger or that the shield protection should not protect the left hand dagger?

How is the left hand weapon affected when it's not protected? Does any skill or effect really affect left weapon in any way?
