When I use @speed 0 and teleport to another map, my character looks like he's using the skill Snap.

the bug in question is not the speed, but that it requires to move map for the faster speed to fully apply (if you want the speed of the previous @speed 0, use "@speed 50"). I'll be fixing the map-move issue.
