It involves card compounding. For example, I have a Lady Tanee card, yet I do not have slotted shoes to compound the Lady Tanee Card with. A window appears, the window that let's you decide on what equipment (shoes) do you want to compound your tanee with, but it contains nothing because you don't have slotted shoes to compound it with.
In Official: The compounding window should not appear at all if you don't have a compoundable equipment.

It doesn't have an error sir, what I meant to say was this is the behavior if you're compounding a card
