When I set the "guild_skill_relog_delay: yes" the guild skill Emergency Call doesn't work.
How to reproduce? :
Set the settings to yes, create a guild and cast Emergency Call, then ECall doesn't work.
Please confirm thank you. :)

[s]In official, it is always set in YES because even if you log out your character, the cooldown of the ecall still runs.[/s]
