As the official while trying to login with user and password blank message appears saying that the password does not contain 4 characters. In hercules the client does not allow entry without a password.

Its client side issue :)

Uncheck the -> [b]Disable4LetterUserPasswordLimit[/b]

That's not Kyeme, the Emulator allows me to connect with login and password field empty, while the officer I can't do that.

Now for example:

If I enter a 3 digit password, ae is shown the message that need 4 digit password.

Yes, already activated as default, I noticed that in 2013 client works well. already in client less than 2013 occurs that, now the question is whether it's really client problem or missing package.

I can't see this as a missing packet problem, since in officials you can only get with >= 4 chars, so they dont have a official response packet for a scenario where you get < 4

We found that only empty userids is unwanted.
