Official: You should not be able to cast a skill on a dead player not even consume your sp trying to cast on it

I think its possible to happen but only due to lag, the server does not immediately reject skill casts on dead units because some skills should be used on the dead (e.g. resurrection) however the server denies unfriendly skills to hit dead targets
