All characters should be affected by the automatic unequipping of items upon changing of sex (As far as i know this is what should happen). However only the character who used the changesex gets that effect and the other characters are not affected of the unequipping yet it shows that it is not wearing anything on the players view.

I think better is when the other character logs in that is the time to nude it...what do others think??

hum...upon login you loop the equipped items and check the gender settings of each to ensure they are allowed to be equipped?(and unequip when condition fails)
