Since now by default mmo.h is using 20131223, the #define PACKETVER_RE shouldn't be commented out by default too? :P just for consistence sake :P

Not yet that sure but if I comment that and compile. I will get item packages warning in the map server

I don't get any warning :P and commenting that line out is the right thing since the 20131223 client is not RE
