In official, when you both have Cart and Magic Gear and you click the "Off" in your ALT + Q, the first to be unequipped is the Magic Gear then the next "Off" would be the Cart.

But here in Hercules, when you click "Off" both Magic Gear and Cart will be removed simultaneously.
