Tried to reproduce with expire_time = 1426363478 ( Sat, 14 Mar 2015 20:04:38 GMT ), no issues here, any more information or expire_time values to test with?

[/code]I think thats a entirely different feature (some parallel kind of time/expiration), from the time I used to pay to play on officials the time ran out regardless if i was online or not
