Am I the only one experiencing this?

It seems that some or all the changequest are not working.[code=:775] changequest 2031,2032; [/code]
from this point and beyond, and I've been experiencing this along time ago.
The NPC runs fine except that it doesn't remove the Quest.

the only fix i know and using is placing the changequest(s) under a close2 and an end.

On a funny side note... I guess I was the original author of adding the quest commands to that file to begin with... yay for fixing years old oversights \o.o/
