Please looking into quagmire skills, when you use skills on mobs, then wait mobs using skills, damage x10...???
Please try with Water Elemental and wait she use water ball, then quagmire her, then wait water ball again.

Confirmed on Renewal, however, the bug is the matk is not being currently updated until some skill forces the calculation.
The real matk of the mob is the one after the quagmire.

Sorry I want to confirm about the formula.
After I applied the bug fix on my server, the monster's MATK seems a bit too high.
For example, Monster's bolt skills damage is about 1k5 ~ 2k/hit
High Wiz Katrinn's JT is about 1k5/hit (non MVP)
Baphomet's LoV is about 5k/hit (w/o Alice Card)
Is that normal?

Yes it is. Tested on Aegis.
Think about it, before the fix, even a wizard without equipment could resist multiples Katrines at once.

I know the old MATK is ridiculous low.
But the MATK now is much higher than I expected.
There will be some problem with leveling and hunting stuff :))
