To make it simple.
Pinpoint doesn't break Carga Mace weapon.
To replicate, equipped Carga Mace on your Sura
Pinpoint it many times.

I think it's related to the fact that Axes, Maces, Books and Staves are naturally immune to breaking except in upgrade.
