According to tests, plagiarized Waterball lvl10 behaves differently on eathena than it does on aegis x.4.
After L0ne_W0lf announced that Gravity doesn't support the over-level feature anymore, things get simpler.
1.
Each waterball hit has a tick value around ~150ms after the previous one. On eA, it's 125ms if I remember correctly.
This doesn't mean that it comes in 150ms intervals on aegis, because it apparently uses that TCP packet aggregation mechanism that delays packets up to 200ms. Meaning sometimes more than one waterball packet comes in at the same time (also the reason why counting the number of waterballs visually gives a smaller number). EDIT: this is fixed.
2.
Players can apparently only plagiarize skills up to the max normally obtainable level. Therefore no lvl10 waterball, or any other skill.

Players using waterball level 10 is a moot point. As I understood it, on official servers, Rogues/Stalkers could no longer obtain level 10 waterball from Drake. It pissed off a lot of people. They learn the max skill level players can use which is 5.
