Doha's secret orders bug? (since the new questprogress command?)

Hello, first of all, im trying to do the [b]Doha's secret orders[/b] quest. [url="http://irowiki.org/wiki/Doha's_Secret_Orders"]http://irowiki.org/wiki/Doha's_Secret_Orders[/url]
ollowed all the instructions on irowiki step by step.

I have completed the Ring of Wise king quest and got the ring and wore them during the quest.
I have also completed Sapha's visit and got the Light of El discastes accessory.

Also i did the Proof of sapha's honor. all 6 of them and got the items because the guide said i needed it to continue.

but still im unable to continue.

I experience the bug on step 5, which is talking to the 3 NPCs.

The problem is after talking to the 3 npcs, i talked to the bartender and he didnt give the expected response, causing me unable to continue the quest further.

I have tried rechatting the previous NPCs to make sure that i did and on the right track of the quest.

The quest is also disappeared from my[b] quest window[/b]

There is indeed an issue with quests_dicastes.txt. It's made evident since commit bba3e690, but it is because of commit 46f88c20. I need to figure out what the real purpose of commit 46f88c20 (bugfix for [url="http://herc.ws/board/tracker/issue-6998-"]bug 6998[/url]) was.

Edit: Figured it out. When they wrote (checkquest([i]xxxx[/i]) >= -1) in commit 46f88c20, they really had meant to write (checkquest([i]xxxx[/i]) == -1). I'll commit a fix right away.
