I'm having this movement issue with the latest version of hercules. I tried two different clients (2012-04-16, 2013-12-23) and both produces the problem.

Take note that I don't have any movement speed increased by GM command and it can't be a lag issue since it's a local test server.

Please close this issue. The problem was on my network. It's now fixed.
