When changing your level via atcommands, the gained exp value is preserved.
Therefore when you log out after de-leveling yourself, you'll find that the exp bar indicates 100%.
After gaining any positive exp, you will then probably get level-upped back to where you were before.
I suggest that this stuff be re-thought and documented/commented on (currently it's a bug, not a feature :)
