I am using 2014-02-05. (haven't tried other clients) Fireball seems to be "fired" on all targets although the correct SD_ flags seem to be set (I tried other SD_ flags and they seem to be ignored, can't say with 100% certainty though). Might be packet related. Don't know if other skills are affected also.
